
Bérengère has over 7 years’ experience in niche employment law firms.
Bérengère assists French and international companies on all matters pertaining to employment law, providing advisory work and assisting them before the French courts.
She notably advises her clients in the framework of reorganizations and collective proceedings. Bérengère has furthermore developed specific expertise on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining AStocki Avocats, Bérengère worked for more than 7 years at boutique employment law firms (Chassany Watrelot & Associés, MAJJ Avocats) and, lastly, with the employment team of the Coblence avocats firm. At the start of her career, she worked within the French-speaking Africa “Projects” team at Norton Rose Fulbright.
Bérengère contributed to the 2021 edition of the Chambers & Partners Practice Guide on French employment law.
She was named “Key Lawyer” in the “Employment law” category of the Legal 500 EMEA 2023 edition. She is a graduate of the Toulouse I Capitole University (Master’s degree in business law, 2021) and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
