Mourad has extensive litigation experience in employment law
After earning a Master II degree in Labor Law from the University of Paris Nanterre, Mourad continued his studies at the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris.
After gaining experience in law firms at the Council of State and the Court of Cassation, then in law firms at the Court, Mourad joined the firm in June 2025.
With practical experience in individual and collective litigation, Mourad mainly appears before labor, administrative, and appeal courts for a clientele consisting exclusively of employers.
He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2022.
