Orianne has over 12 years’ experience in employment law
Orianne joined AStocki Avocats in September 2025 as a senior associate, bringing with her more than 12 years of expertise exclusively dedicated to employment law. She was recognised as Best Lawyers Ones to Watch 2026 in the category of employment law.
Committed, accessible and resolutely solution-oriented, Orianne puts employment law at the service of her clients’ HR strategy.
With a Master 2 in employment law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, she began her career at Capstan and, after a second stint of more than two years in employment litigation, she practised at Aramis Law firm for nine years and was promoted to Counsel in 2022.
Orianne assists French and international companies with all issues related to individual and collective labour relations, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation or social audits.
She regularly acts in the following areas:
- Reorganisations (redundancies, closures, transfers) in various sectors (automotive equipment manufacturers, retail, chemical industries, design and consulting firms, social and family tourism organisations);
- High-stakes individual litigation involving senior executives, claims for the nullity of fixed daily rates, and stock options.
She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013.
